- All candidates that participate in the intensive 4 month training program have been screened for customer service, problem determination, attitude and communication skills, prior to being accepted onto the program. This is to ensure they have the right interpersonal attributes that we all know are essential in IT today!
- They obtain industry Certifications and skills such as: A+ Hardware and Software Service Technician, Microsoft Certified Professional, Linux+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator with Exchange 2003, Help Desk Analyst and more!
- Our EXpress IT candidates are suitable for Level 1 & 2 IT positions, as some of them already have commercial experience!
